LiDAR Survey & Geospatial Data Acquisition – Andaman Region (India)

Agniforge Survey invites proposals from qualified and experienced geospatial service providers for executing a LiDAR-based aerial survey project covering approximately 23.8 square kilometers in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. The objective of this project is to acquire high-density LiDAR data and generate accurate geospatial outputs to support advanced mapping, terrain modeling, and infrastructure planning applications. This is a time-sensitive project requiring immediate mobilization, with a strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and delivery standards aligned with global benchmarks. Scope of Work The selected vendor shall be responsible for end-to-end execution, including but not limited to: Aerial LiDAR data acquisition using UAV / airborne platform Flight planning and mission execution Establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs) / Base stations (if required) Collection of raw LiDAR and GNSS/IMU data Data preprocessing and calibration Point cloud classification (ground, vegetation, structures, etc.) Generation of: Digital Elevation Model (DEM) Digital Surface Model (DSM) Contours (as per specified interval) Orthophoto (if applicable) Final data validation and QA/QC Submission of processed and raw datasets in standard formats. Deliverables Raw LiDAR Data Classified Point Cloud (LAS/LAZ format) DEM & DSM (GeoTIFF) Contour Maps Survey Report (methodology + accuracy report) Metadata & QA/QC documentation Project Timeline Mobilization: Immediate (within 3–5 days of award) Execution: As per mutually agreed schedule Completion: Fast-track execution preferred Note Vendors capable of rapid deployment and execution will be given preference This project may lead to future large-scale opportunities based on performance Only serious and execution-ready bidders are encouraged to apply
