Safety First: Vendors must provide staff with Hi-Vis vests and traffic cones. Vehicles must be parked safely off the carriageway with hazard lights. Environmental: No waste or debris should be left at the GCP sites. Operational Hours: All surveys and photography must be conducted during peak daylight hours. No surveys after dark. Data Integrity: Any disturbance to the receiver during the 122-minute window requires a full restart of the session. Training: Selected vendors must undergo a 2-point trial survey with the Agniforge team near the capital for quality alignment. Payment: Unit price per GCP must include all mobilization and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Eligibility Criteria
Vendor must possess at least 2 high-precision GNSS receivers (Multi-constellation support). Proven experience in Static GNSS surveys and RINEX V3.0 data conversion. Ability to mobilize a field team (1 Surveyor + 1 Assistant) and a dedicated transport vehicle in Mauritania. Technical proficiency in using RTKLIB or similar software for data quality verification (RTK Plots). Must provide a list of equipment (Make/Model) and a timeline for 12 GCPs.
