Project Scope & Details

Project Overview This project involves the large-scale digitization of more than 200,000 residential structures using high-resolution UAV-derived orthophoto as the base reference. The objective is to develop a high-accuracy, topology-compliant building footprint database suitable for GIS-based planning, analytics, taxation systems, and enterprise geospatial integration. All digitization will be performed on georeferenced orthomosaic imagery to ensure high positional accuracy and precise boundary delineation. Each structure shall be manually interpreted and digitized to generate accurate polygon geometries aligned with rooftop extents. Scope of Work The selected vendor shall be responsible for: High-precision building footprint digitization Polygon creation aligned with rooftop boundaries Strict topology enforcement (no gaps, overlaps, slivers) Accurate snapping between adjacent structures Ward-wise dataset segmentation Attribute structuring and naming standardization Multi-level quality control and validation Technical Requirements Digitization must be performed strictly on georeferenced orthophoto Polygon boundaries must match rooftop edges precisely Proper snapping must be ensured across all adjacent features No gaps, overlaps, or invalid geometries are permitted All geometries must be valid and error-free Uniform digitization standards must be maintained across all wards Consistent Coordinate Reference System (CRS) must be used Data Structuring Data must be organized on a ward-wise basis Each ward must be delivered as a separate dataset Standard naming conventions must be followed Attribute schema must remain consistent Deliverables Building footprint dataset (200,000+ polygons) Ward-wise segmented datasets Shapefile (.shp) format GeoJSON (.geojson) format Topology-validated, GIS-ready data Quality Control & Validation The vendor must ensure: No gaps, overlaps, or sliver polygons Proper snapping across all features No self-intersections or duplicate geometries Visual alignment with orthophoto Client reserves full rights to validate, reject, or request corrections.

Terms & Conditions

Mandatory Technical Evaluation Submission of minimum one complete ward dataset is compulsory Evaluation will be based on: Digitization accuracy Topology compliance Snapping precision Data consistency Only technically qualified vendors will proceed further. Access to full project data will be granted only after qualification. Payment Terms Payment will be released only for approved datasets Rejected or non-compliant data will not be considered for payment Payments may be processed in ward-wise milestones Rejection & Penalty Clause Any dataset failing quality standards after two revision cycles may be rejected No payment will be made for rejected datasets Continuous poor performance may lead to termination of work allocation Data Confidentiality All data is strictly confidential Vendor shall not share, reuse, or distribute data Legal action may be taken in case of violation Ownership All final deliverables will be the sole property of the client. Timeline The project must be completed within 30 days after allocation of work. Strict adherence to milestones is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria
