Equipment Only: The vendor must use survey-grade LiDAR sensors (Riegl, Zenmuse L1/L2, or equivalent). Field Operations: All site permissions, local flight approvals, and mobilization to Azerbaijan are the vendor's responsibility. Data Integrity: Raw data must be checked on-site for "shadows" or gaps before demobilization. No Post-Processing: Vendor is only responsible for the acquisition and providing the raw flight logs. Timeline: Detailed flight plan and mobilization schedule must be submitted with the bid.
Eligibility Criteria
Must own or have confirmed access to Survey-Grade LiDAR sensors and high-end UAV platforms. Experience in capturing high-density point clouds (40 pts/m²) for forested/difficult terrains. Proven track record of international mobilization (especially in the Caucasus/Azerbaijan region). Ability to provide raw GNSS base data and IMU trajectory logs along with LAS files. Deployment of a certified UAV Pilot with experience in LiDAR flight planning.
